Developer snaps up Slough plot for £10.5m

A residential scheme in Slough has been bought by a Birmingham-based developer in a £10.5m deal.

Turner Parkinson’s Real Estate team has advised Seven Capital on the acquisition of a site from Lion House Depot.

This deal marks the latest acquisition by Turner Parkinson for Seven Capital, for whom TP have acted on a large number of site acquisitions over the last three years

Paul Bibby, head of real estate at Turner Parkinson, said: "We are delighted to have worked with Seven Capital on this deal, which marks a particularly acquisitive period for them as their residential development portfolio continues to expand nationwide.

"This deal was typical of what for the time being remains a buoyant market, with the TP team having to move quickly and proactively to get this acquisition over the line to secure the site for our client.

Bibby led the TP team consisting of associate James Robinson, head of corporate James Sheridan and paralegal Matthew Hitchen.

Fladgate advised Lion House Depot on the deal.
